I'm Pete Schnepp. I've been acquiring and operating real estate in the Phoenix Metro since 2012 — starting with a single SFR and building to a portfolio that now spans 25+ assets across multifamily, supportive housing, short-term rental, and development.
Five exits. IRRs ranging from 10% to over 2,000%. A mobile home park I bought for $250K that generates cash flow every month and is worth roughly $1M today.
I manage the portfolio directly — not through a fund, not through layers of management. Every asset is in its own LLC. Every investor I work with has my direct contact.
